All your systems, connected to AI at a single point of control.

Everything starts with the Agentic Gateway: the foundation that connects your systems, even the legacy ones, at a single point of control. We install it and adapt it to your company, and from there any AI agent can use them with each person's permissions.

Automate

Entire processes that run on their own.

Nobody requests or watches them: the agent detects the moment, executes and only calls a person when needed.

  1. Reads stoppages and line readings
  2. Detects rising vibration in a motor
  3. Cross-checks the maintenance calendar

Automate the processes that today depend on someone remembering.

They run on their own at a fixed time, when something happens or when a number goes out of range. You define the rules, and a person only steps in when needed.

By schedule · Scheduled agents

Always on time

The report, the diagnosis or the review, ready at the usual time without anyone asking: every day at 6:00 AM, every Monday, the last day of the month.

Daily plant diagnostics

By event · Event-driven agents

Immediate response

A request arrives, a document is uploaded or a status changes, and the agent is already working on it: nobody waits in line.

Credit application analysis

By threshold · Threshold agents

Nothing runs out or runs late

When inventory drops below a level or a delay passes a limit, the agent acts before it becomes a problem.

Autonomous when it can be, supervised when it must be

Autonomous

Runs from start to finish with no human intervention. Ideal for low-risk actions.

Supervised

A person reviews and approves the critical steps before they run.

Mixed

Autonomy depends on a rule, for example the amount of the operation.

For regulated decisions, such as a loan, the agent prepares the analysis and the reasons, and a person makes the final decision.

It doesn't replace ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. It complements them.

Your systems can be connected once, with MCP, an open standard that the main assistants speak. That is why our agent and the ones your people already use can work with them, under the same permissions.

One connection, many agents

What you connect to the suite can be used by any MCP-compatible agent.

The same permissions for everyone

Each person reaches only what corresponds to them, whichever assistant they use.

No lock-in to a single assistant

You can change or add assistants without redoing the connections.

You decide who uses what

A back office to control access, permissions, allowed models and consumption, user by user.

  • Your people sign in with the account they already use
  • You decide which AI models each group can use
  • Usage and spend limits per person
  • A history of everything that is asked and done

How we put it to work

A custom implementation, in four stages.

  1. 01

    Assessment

We take an inventory of your systems, your use cases and the processes to automate.

  2. 02

    Design

We define what the agent will be able to do in each system, how much autonomy it will have and when a person must step in.

  3. 03

    Installation and connection

We install the suite, adapt it to your systems and validate it with real cases from your operation.

  4. 04

    Operation

You turn features on or off, adjust permissions and review usage from the back office.

Scope depends on how many systems are connected and which processes are automated.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Enterprise Agentic Suite?+

It is our suite, which we install and adapt to your company. It brings together an agent with web and mobile app, the gateway that connects your systems, a back office to control access and usage, and agents that automate processes. It is built on openloops, our open source framework, so you do not depend on a black box.

Does it compete with ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini?+

No, it complements them. Your systems can be connected through MCP, an open standard, so the assistants your people already use can work with them under the same permissions. The Enterprise Agent is for those who, because of regulation, privacy or internal policy, need to control the data, the usage and the questions being asked.

What is the Agentic Gateway?+

It is our product to connect all your company's systems in one place. It follows the MCP standard, which lets any compatible agent use it, and from there you turn systems on or off, limit access and see how much they are used. We install it and adapt it to your systems.

What about very old systems?+

They come in too: it is part of the custom implementation. In the assessment we analyze each system and define what the agent will be able to do in it, so you do not have to replace it.

Where is it installed and who operates it?+

Wherever you prefer. Your team can install it in your infrastructure, or we operate it in a cloud account just for your organization, which you can keep whenever you decide. In both cases, while you use the service, you receive continuous updates.

Does my data leave my infrastructure?+

It depends on the models you enable. With models on your own servers, data never leaves your network. With private models in your cloud, it stays in your account. Only with public AI services does the content of queries travel to the provider, and you decide which groups can use them.

How do I control who uses what?+

Your people sign in with the account they already use, and permissions are defined per person and per group: which models each one can use and how much they can consume. The back office shows history, consumption and spend, and lets you set limits.

What can I automate and what triggers it?+

Repetitive processes with a clear trigger, defined rules and a concrete result. A trigger can be a schedule, an event such as a new application arriving, or a threshold such as inventory dropping below a level. They can be autonomous, supervised or mixed.

Is there a mobile app?+

Yes, an Android and iOS app with your organization's branding. You can publish it, or we can; we recommend that we do it to make maintenance easier.

How much does it cost?+

It depends on the scope: how many systems are connected, how many users there are and which processes are automated. We define it in a conversation after understanding your case.

Ready to see it working with your systems?

Tell us which systems you have and which processes you want to automate, and we will show you what it looks like in your company.
